My own approach to change direction goes much farther than employee direction and comprises:
(1) A thorough evaluation of organizational culture- because of it this that decides how your visitors will react to a change motivation.
(2) A pre-programmed inspection and preparation procedure.
In my opinion, these two extra steps are essential to analyze and join the strategic vision using a thriving job level implementation – and to achieve this in the crucial context of their cultural and people issues.
